South Shore Country Club Maintenance Facility Project

The new $3M Maintenance Facility Project, designed with net zero principles, became operational for the 2023 Golf Season.  Replacing the existing maintenance facility (located under the failed pool) is part of the SSCC’s overall Master Plan. It is located on the grounds of the SSCC behind the 9th green. As 90% of SSCC revenue is generated by golf operations, this facility was paid for by ongoing operating revenue, and hence had no impact on the taxpayer.
